01The 14-day guarantee
You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, or within 14 days of a renewal. No reasons are needed.
You can use this guarantee once in any 12 months, and we may decline repeated refunds from the same person.
02How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from your account’s address within those 14 days. That’s all it takes.
03After a refund
Refunds go back to the original payment method.
A refund ends the plan that payment covered, and the account becomes Free.
04After 14 days
You can cancel any time. You keep the plan until the period you’ve paid for ends, and after that the account becomes Free rather than disappearing.
05Your data
Cancelling never deletes your data, and neither does a refund. Nothing is deleted when the account becomes Free, even if you’re over its storage: you just can’t add more until you’re back under.
Your content stays until you delete it or ask us to close your account.
