How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”. Send it from the Pabbel address you want deleted, or include that address in the message.
2. We reply to the account’s address (or its recovery email) to confirm the request really comes from you.
3. Once confirmed, deletion is completed within 30 days and we send a final confirmation.

What gets deleted

The account itself and everything in it: all emails and attachments, all files stored in Drive, labels, filters, settings, contacts, profile data (name, photo, recovery contacts), sign-in sessions and device push tokens.

What is kept, and for how long

Copies in infrastructure backups rotate out within 30 days of deletion. Minimal security and abuse-prevention logs (for example sign-in records) are kept for up to 90 days, then removed. Nothing else is retained.

Deleting data without closing the account

You can delete individual emails and files at any time inside the apps or on the web - items removed from Trash are gone permanently. You can also email [email protected] to request deletion of a specific subset of your data without closing the account.
